Dr. Heather McIlvenna grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii. She received her Bachelors in Anmial Science from the University of Hawaii and her D.V.M from Washington State University. Go Cougs!

She is currently a member of the American Animal Hospital Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the New Mexico Veterinary Medical Association.

In her free time Dr. Heather enjoys snowboarding, tennis and hiking in the mountains with her dogs G-Wak and Marigold as well as spending time in the garden with her cat Fray.
